Primary Functions: Plan, develop, implement, and manage Physical Security programs for clients. Assist in coordinating and evaluating Client sites (parking lots, parking structures, facilities, common areas, sports arenas, stadiums, etc.) regarding physical security, threats, vulnerabilities and risks. Assist with reviewing security technologies (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, life safety, mass notification, panic button, etc). Review safety and security policies and procedures, operation plans, emergency preparedness protocols as well as applicable security awareness training and exercise capabilities. Support Agency sponsored training and manages the county’s training and exercise program. Support includes scheduling, planning, and potentially facilitating training sessions, seminars, planning events, and exercises designed to strengthen regional capacities to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from All-hazards incidents, including terrorist attacks involving Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs), Natural Disasters, threats to Critical Infrastructure and other emergency situations.
