Jeff Podracky, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Podracky has over 18 years of military, security management and continuity
of operations planning experience. Mr. Podracky is a US Air Force veteran with
extensive knowledge and training in emergency response, critical incident
management and tactical operations.
After receiving an Honorable Discharge, Mr. Podracky joined the private sector
where he served as a security professional for several Fortune 50 companies.
Within those roles, Mr. Podracky attained management expertise in the areas of
physical security program development, retail loss prevention, brand protection,
business investigations, business continuity planning and security technology
integration.
Mr. Podracky’s most recent position was with a Fortune 19 pharmaceutical company. While at the pharmaceutical company, Mr. Podracky served as a Global Security
Manager. In that role, he was responsible for the security and safety functions
at over 450 business units around the world to include; the Corporate
Headquarters, pharmacies, manufacturing plants, call centers, and distribution centers. As a
Security Manager, Mr. Podracky regularly provided security consulting and
services consisting of; security technology integration, workplace violence
program development, security project management, executive protection, and
critical incident management.
Prior to working in pharmaceutical security, Mr. Podracky worked in corporate retail security. Mr. Podracky served as a Regional Loss Prevention Security Manager and was tasked with implementing all loss prevention, shrinkage control and brand protection programs. He also charged with developing staffing plans, recruitment and training for all Loss Prevention staff within the region.
In his current role as the Chief Operating Officer of ARMADA, Mr. Podracky
oversees all business operations, marketing, and customer service functions. Mr.
Podracky is considered a subject matter expert in security operations, business
continuity planning, workplace violence program development, executive
protection and security technology integration.
Mr. Podracky regularly provides consulting services to area business,
Universities, school districts, and public agencies. Mr. Podracky earned a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology with a minor in Sociology from The Ohio
State University.
