Lee Foster has over 16 years of experience in program policy, development and implementation. His background includes a combination of emergency management, judicial system and investigative experience as well as completion of Masters level coursework in Criminal Justice, specializing in Homeland Security Administration.

Joshua Rock

Executive Vice President, Operations & Security

With over two decades of experience, Mr. Rock is a passionate leader specializing in the intricacies of Government and DoD contracting. Throughout his 24-year career, he has consistently driven success as a program manager, overseeing mission-critical contracts for the USAF, USN, DIA, DOJ, DOS, and other federal agencies. 

His deep expertise as a security specialist is rooted in his foundational service with the U.S. Army and sharpened through extensive civilian contracting roles. Mr. Rock brings invaluable, real-world perspective from managing complex operations across demanding international environments, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, and Pakistan.

Ms. Marilyn Podracky, with over 50 years of relevant experience in the administrative field is ARMADA's Vice President, Administrative Services. Ms. Podracky is responsible for all financial, accounting, vendor operations and administrative functions for ARMADA.

Adrina Wolf

Director, Human Resources

Ms. Adrina Wolf has over 6 years of recruiting and human resources experience. Adrina’s background includes recruiting in sales, engineering, manufacturing, accounting, and now federal contracting. Ms. Wolf is responsible for many aspects of human resources such as recruiting, on-boarding/off-boarding, employee experience/engagement, employee issues, and business operations for ARMADA.

Ms. Loudon honorably served in the US Army for 11 years. Upon returning home, she decided that even though she was no longer serving her country, that she would use her knowledge, and niche for finding things into something amazingly awesome, and became a recruiter.

Mr. Brandon Hood has over 24 years of experience in tactical and security related operations and training. He is motivated team player and skilled tactician through his experience in the U.S. Marine Corps and many years as a government security and training contractor. He has over 10 years of OCONUS deployment time in countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Yemen, and Israel.
